You cook it up, and it does something special. Makes you find more of those Echo things, whatever those are. Fifty percent more, they say. That’s a lot of Echoes. I don’t know what good those echoes are, but if you need ’em, this food helps you get ’em. My kids, they play all the time, say it’s a big help, so that’s good, I guess.
Now, this Wuthering Waves, it’s a big place, they say. Solaris-3, they call it. Full of folks you can meet, adventures to have. Sounds like a lot of walking to me. I ain’t as young as I used to be, you know. My bones creak in the morning something awful. But the young’uns, they love it. Keeps ’em out of trouble, I suppose, running around in that game world.
They got all kinds of food in this game. Not just this Sweet and Sour Pork. Got a whole cooking system, they call it. You find recipes, like in those cookbooks my daughter-in-law has. Then you cook ’em up. Probably easier than cooking real food, I reckon. No chopping or cleaning. Just click a few buttons, and bam, you got a meal. Wish it was that easy in real life.
This one time, my grandson, he was telling me all about it. Said he was cooking up a storm in the game. Made a whole feast, he did. Said it gave him all kinds of boosts. Made him stronger, faster, all that. I told him, “Boy, you should eat your vegetables in real life, then you’ll be strong and fast.” He just laughed at me. Kids these days.

Now, I don’t know much about these video games. Back in my day, we played outside. We climbed trees, played hopscotch, and scraped our knees. That was fun. Didn’t need no fancy computers or screens. But times change, I guess. Got to keep up with the young folks.
This Sweet and Sour Pork in Wuthering Waves, it’s just one of many dishes, it looks like. They got all kinds of things you can make. Probably tastes like nothing, though. Can’t taste nothing through a screen. I’d rather have a real plate of sweet and sour pork, the kind my mama used to make. That was good eating.
She’d fry up the pork, all crispy and golden brown. Then she’d make that sauce, sweet and tangy. Used to make my mouth water just thinking about it. Served it with rice, always with rice. Simple food, but it filled your belly and warmed your soul.
This game, Wuthering Waves, it’s popular, I hear. All the kids are playing it. My grandkids, they talk about it all the time. They tell me about their adventures, the friends they make, the things they cook. It’s a whole other world to them. I don’t understand it all, but I try to listen. Makes ’em happy, and that’s what matters.

That Wuthering Heights, or Wuthering Waves, it is a big world. Full of all sorts of things. I guess that’s why the kids like it so much. Always something new to see, something new to do. Keeps ’em busy. That’s a whole lot of walking if you ask me, though.
