Okay, so today I’m gonna talk about something kinda random, but something I actually spent a decent amount of time messing with: Seth Rollins’ shoes. Yeah, the WWE guy. Don’t judge! I got curious.

It all started when I saw a match, and Rollins was wearing these flashy, almost custom-looking sneakers. I was like, “Damn, those are kinda cool.” So, like any self-respecting internet user, I dove down the rabbit hole.
First thing I did was Google “Seth Rollins shoes.” Obvious, right? I scrolled through a bunch of images and articles. Lots of speculation, some official partnerships mentioned with Adidas way back when, and a whole lot of forum threads with people arguing about what he was wearing.
Then, I started digging deeper. I mean, really digging. I checked out WWE’s shop, thinking maybe they’d have some merch or at least mention the brand. Nope, nada. I checked Adidas’ website too, also nothing specific for Rollins. Felt like a dead end.
But I wasn’t giving up that easily. I started paying closer attention to the actual shoes in different matches. Pausing the video, zooming in… you know, the whole nine yards. I noticed some recurring design elements, like specific sole patterns and logo placements that gave me a clue.
Eventually, after way too much time spent on this, I figured out that a lot of Rollins’ shoes are actually customized. He often wears Adidas sneakers, like the UltraBoost or the NMD, but they’re often repainted or modified in some way. Sometimes, they’re even completely custom-made by artists he collaborates with.
- I learned to actually look closely at the details, not just assume they’re off-the-shelf.
- I also found out that a lot of wrestlers have their gear customized, which makes sense given their unique personalities and branding.
- And finally, I realized that sometimes the internet doesn’t have all the answers, and you gotta do some real detective work.
It was a silly project, yeah, but it was fun! Plus, now I know a lot more about sneaker customization than I ever thought I would. And honestly, that’s kinda cool. Who knows, maybe I’ll try customizing my own shoes someday.
