Okay, here is a blog post about my experience with “rhubarb stardew” written in the style and tone you requested:

Alright, so I wanted to get into this whole rhubarb thing in Stardew Valley. I’d heard it was a decent way to make some cash, and who doesn’t love a bit of farming, right? So, I started looking into how to even get my hands on this stuff.
Getting Started
Turns out, you can’t just find rhubarb seeds lying around in Pelican Town. Nope, you gotta head over to the Calico Desert. To unlock that, you need to fix up the bus, which means completing the Vault bundles in the Community Center, or forking over a bunch of gold to Joja – your choice really.
Once I got the bus up and running, I took a ride out to the desert and found the Oasis shop. Sandy, the shopkeeper there, sells rhubarb seeds for 100g a pop. I grabbed a handful, figured I’d start small.
Planting and Growing
- Planting: Rhubarb is a spring crop, so make sure you plant it at the beginning of spring. I cleared out a nice little patch on my farm, tilled the soil, and popped those seeds in the ground.
- Watering: Just like any other crop, you gotta water them every day. I made it part of my morning routine – wake up, pet the animals, water the crops, the usual.
- Waiting: This is where patience comes in. Rhubarb takes a solid 13 days to grow. It felt like forever, especially when you’re excited to see the results, but you know what? It’s part of the deal.
- Fertilizer: I didn’t use any fertilizer for my first batch, just wanted to see how they’d do naturally. But, if you’re looking to speed things up or improve the quality, you could definitely throw some fertilizer in there.
Harvest Time
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, those rhubarb plants were ready. They looked pretty cool, all red and leafy. Harvesting was easy, just a simple click, and boom, rhubarb in my inventory.
Selling and Profit
Now for the fun part – making that money. I took my fresh rhubarb to Pierre’s General Store. Each piece sells for 220g, which isn’t too shabby. Did a quick calculation, and yeah, there’s a decent profit to be made here, considering you only pay 100g per seed and wait 13 days. Of course, this was for the regular quality. I figure with some good fertilizer, you could get gold or even iridium quality which sell for more, but I haven’t tried that yet.
So, that was my first go at growing and selling rhubarb in Stardew Valley. It’s a pretty straightforward process once you get the hang of it. A bit of a waiting game, but hey, that’s farming for ya. Definitely gonna plant some more next spring, maybe even try out some different fertilizers and see what happens.
